玻璃表面疏水性能对副溶血性弧菌生物被膜形成的影响
Effect of Hydrophobic Properties of Glass Surface on Formation of Vibrio parahaemolyticus Biofilm
摘要
Abstract
To investigate the effects of hydrophilic and hydrophobic properties of glass surface on Vibrio parahaemolyticus biofilm growth,the glass surface with different hydrophilic and hydrophobic properties were prepared by different processing methods.The Vibrio parahaemolyticus biofilms were cultured by slice method,and the growth situation of the biofilms were observed by crystal violet staining method,scanning electron microscope method and ultrasonic-plate method.The results show that the Vibrio parahaemolyticus biofilm grow faster on the hydrophilic glass surface,however,it grow very slow on the hydrophobic glass immersed with paraffin.High hydrophobic properties of the vessel surface contribute to inhibit the formation of Vibrio parahaemolyticus bioflims.关键词
