摘要

Abstract

An immunosuppressed mouse model,established through intraperitoneal injection of specific pathogen-free mice with cyclophosphamide (CTX),was used to study the immunomodulatory effect of walnut kemel pellicle polyphenols (WKPs).The mice were randomly divided into five groups:normal group,model group,and low-dose (50 mg/kg),medium-dose (100 mg/kg),and high-dose (200mg/kg) WKP groups.The effect of different doses of WKPs on the thymus and spleen indexes,phagocytic index,blood-related indicators,immunoglobulin (Ig) G,IgA,and IgM levels,and lactic dehydrogenase (LDH) and acid phosphatase (ACP) activities were investigated.Consequently,in the immunosuppressed mice,the WKPs had a definite effect on improving and enhancing immune functions,by improving the organ index,increasing the carbon clearance index,increasing the rate of lymphocyte proliferation,maintaining the balance of blood cell distribution to some extent,increasing the immunoglobulin content,enhancing the activities of LDH and ACP,and maintaining the stability of physiological indexes.
