摘要

Abstract

[Objective] To investigate the current situation of food safety knowledge of community groups to provide the basis for food safety and health education and intervention.[Method] Using a multi-stage stratified random sampling,we investigated the current situation of food safety knowledge of 2 024 community population,from May 2015 to April 2016,in Beijing Chaoyang District,which was conducted face to face at home.[Result] Totally 88.66% of the respondents expressed their willingness to understand the relevant knowledge of food safety.Too much information,the credibility of the poor is the biggest obstacle that people understand the relevant knowledge.Some food safety awareness less than 50%.[Conclusion] The situation for knowledge of food safety is not good high.There are many incorrect behaviors on food purchase,storage,production.Residents have active intentions in getting more food safety knowledge.We should help to change unhealthy customs for food purchase,storage,production,according to the characteristics of community groups.
