Determination Method of Sulforaphane in Broccoli Leaf Health Tea
摘要
Abstract
The content of sulforaphane in broccoli leaf health tea was determined by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).The results indicated that the content of sulforaphane in broccoli leaf health tea was 20.848 mg/kg,accounting for 25％ of the content of sulforaphane in directly dried broccoli at 90℃.关键词
