城市居民挂面消费行为及影响因素的实证研究——基于成都市消费者的调查
Empirical Research on Consumption Behavior and Influencing Factors of Dried Noodle of Urban Residents——A Case Study on Chengdu City

Abstract
Based on the data collected from a questionnaire survey conducted in Chengdu city,this paper analyzed the basic features of consuming behavior of the dried noodles.Moreover,the main factors affecting consumers'decision-making during the purchasing process were investigated by logistic regression method.The results showed that the egg noodle and original flavor noodle were the most popular.In terms of dried mixed grains noodles,consumers preferred whole wheat noodle and buckwheat noodle.We also found that taste and ingredients/nutrition label were the two main factors influencing the purchasing decision of consumers for dried noodle and dried mixed grains noodle.However,for dried children noodle,it was mainly affected by the factors included ingredients/nutrition label,brand awareness and production standards.There were differences in consumption behaviors between different people varied from sex,age,education and incomes.In the purchase of dried noodle and dried mixed grains noodle,women were more concerned about the price than men,and young people were more concerned about the taste than the elderly.Meanwhile,for dried children noodle,the people with higher education degree paid more attention to the brand,but the lower income groups cared more about the packaging.关键词
