Abstract
MnZn ferrites were prepared by conventional ceramic technique. The influences of V2O5 doping on the microstructure and magnetic properties of MnZn ferrite were investigated. The results show that the appropriate addition of V2O5 can significantly improve the microstructure and enhance the soft magnetic properties. For 0.05% mass fraction of V2O5 doping amount, the optimum magnetic properties with amplitude permeability μaof 1704, total magnetic lossPs of 30.36 W/kg, and coercivityHc of 4.8 A/m (100 mT, 100 kHz can be obtained).关键词
