Abstract
The Bi4Ti3O12 nanofibers with diameters of 120-150 nm were synthesized on the Si substrate by electrospinning process. After annealing, the obtained nanofibers were orthorhombic perovskite structures. The transfer of the sample from the Si substrate to the flexible substrate was achieved by the encapsulation and peeling of the flexible polymer polydimethylsiloxane. Then Pt electrode was deposited on both sides of the sample by magnetron sputtering, and the lead was encapsulated to obtain a flexible power generation device. Due to the coupling of the piezoelectric potential and the schottky barrier of the electrode/nanofibers interface, under the periodic external pressure, the piezoelectric output signal enlarged with the increase of the bending radian and frequency. When the bending radian is 1.98 rad, the bending frequency is 1.25 Hz, and the average output voltage reaches the peak maximum of 7.6 V.关键词
