目的:探讨IL-37在抑制骨质疏松过程中的作用机制.方法:选取本院2013年1月至2015年12月收治的97例骨质疏松患者及在本院行骨折手术的81例无骨质疏松患者(对照组)为研究对象,检测两组血清中IL-37及IL-6的水平.构建IL-37转基因小鼠,将C57BL/6J小鼠、IL-37转基因小鼠分别设置假手术(Sham)组,手术组(卵巢切除术,OVX组).8周后,取小鼠血清,检测血清中雌激素水平、碱性磷酸酶水平(ALP)、血钙和血磷水平;同时取小…查看全部>>
Objective:To investigate the mechanism of IL-37 in inhibiting osteoporosis. Methods:Ninety-seven patients with osteoporosis and eighty-one fracture surgery patients without osteoporosis in our hospital from Jan 2013 to Dec 2015 were selected as study subjects.
