Abstract
The methods for preparing chitosan with different molecular weight,and the application of chitosan in biological medicine,food and agriculture in recent years were reviewed.The problems to be studied and solved in the exploitation and application of chitosan were also discussed along with its application prospect in various aspects.关键词
