摘要

Abstract

It was studied the effects of different concentrations of DA-6 in Haematococcus pluvialis LUGU cultivation process on biomass,astaxanthin content,reactive oxygen species (ROS)level and chlorophyll concentration.The results demonstated that the 0.1 mmol/L DA-6 might slightly increase the biomass (0.52 g/L),but optimal for astaxanthin production with 24.94 mg/g,which was 1.52 times than that of the control (16.43 mg/g).Meanwhile,intracellular ROS level and chlorophyll concentration compared with the control group in the lower.The research showed that DA-6 induction could promote astaxanthin accumulation in Haematococcus pluvialis LUGU,which provided an effective strategy for the industrialization of astaxanthin.
