摘要

Abstract

To further explore the active ingredients of jackfruit peel,cycloartenone and cycloeucalenol were isolated from the fraction of ethyl acetate by using modern isolation techniques such as silica gel,thin-Layer chromatography and sephadex LH-20,and had been elucidated from 1 H-NMR and 13 C-NMR spectral data.This research will be useful for the further study of effective material basic of jackfruit,especially the characteristic composition of terpenoids.
