Separation, purification and structural analysis of active compound from jackfruit peel
摘要
Abstract
To further explore the active ingredients of jackfruit peel,cycloartenone and cycloeucalenol were isolated from the fraction of ethyl acetate by using modern isolation techniques such as silica gel,thin-Layer chromatography and sephadex LH-20,and had been elucidated from 1 H-NMR and 13 C-NMR spectral data.This research will be useful for the further study of effective material basic of jackfruit,especially the characteristic composition of terpenoids.关键词
