Abstract
The qualitative characterization and quantitative analysis method of food additive pentaerythritol ester of partially hydrogenatedwood rosin has been established.Qualitative analysis was performed by infrared spectroscopy.Quantitative analysis of acid was performed by chemical titration.The results indicated that Infrared spectrum of pentaerythritol ester of partially hydrogenatedwood rosin was same as the standard spectrum of FCC,the softening point and acid value were also in line with FCC requirement.关键词
