摘要

Abstract

In this paper,the optimization of purification technology of cranberry pomace proanthocyanidins was studied.The separation of cranberry pomace proanthocyanidins was purified by HPD600 macroporous resin column chromatography,500mL,resin column,sample liquid concentration is 10mg/mL,elution flow is 2.0BV/h,ethanol concentation is 75%,75% ethanol volume is 600mL,collected the elution liquid,then concentrated and dried.The separation of cranberry pomace proanthocyanidins by purification technology can obtain more than 95% cranberry proanthocyanidins,the yield is 1.5%.Thus,HPD600 macroporous resin can be used for separation and purification of cranberry pomace procyanidins,which can obtain more than 95% cranberry proanthocyanidins.
