摘要

Abstract

Ginkgolic acid was removed from ginkgo biloba extract using macroporous adsorption resin.Five macroporous resin of HDP5000、LX-202、LX-9、ADS-7、ADS-8 were compared on the effects of static equilibrium adsorption and elution.The results showed that LX-9 macroporous resin has the highest absorption capacities with 6%NaOH solution as the eluent.The condition of using HDP5000 macroporous resin were optimized as the following:ginkgo acid concentration 2.5 mg/mL;pH 3.5;the flow rate 2 BV/h and sample ethanol solution70%.The final content of Ginkgo acid is less than 2 mg/kg by high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) after acid removal process by HDP5000 macroporous resin.
