摘要

Abstract

The antioxidant activity and inhibition pancreatic lipase activity of pueraria flavonoids,sea buckthorn leaf flavonoids and hawthorn leaf flavonoids were determined.The comprehensive evaluation of antioxidant activity in vitro systems of three flavonoids were evaluated,including total antioxidant capacity, ABTS radical scavenging ability,DPPH radical scavenging ability and reducing power.The results indicate that the three kinds of flavonoids substances in different system showed strong antioxidant activity,hawthorn leaves flavonoids contained the highest levels of total antioxidant capacity,sea buckthorn flavonoids possessed the strongest DPPH free radicals scavenging activity(IC500.057±0.004mg/mL),ABTS free radicals scavenging activity(IC500.096± 0.014mg/mL),hawthorn leaf flavonoids and puerarin flavonoids has strong reducing power,three kinds of flavonoids substances have a certain inhibition pancreatic lipase activity,sea buckthorn flavonoids has strongest activity.The research for the comprehensive utilization of the natural plant resources provides a theoretical support.
