关于悬浮式冷冻浓缩工艺参数的研究
Study on Technological Parameters of Suspension Freezing Concentration
摘要
Abstract
The pilot plant that based on the principle of floating refrigeration is introduced in this paper, and were tested with freshly squeezed watermelon juice,instant solid beverage and industrial salt solution, to study the effects on the freezing concentration,such as initial concentration,freezing temperature and discharge temperature.The results were obtained by experimentally when the concentration was controlled at 6.2g/100g,the freezing temperature of the refrigerant was controlled at -4℃,and the discharge temperature was controlled at -4℃.关键词
