基于包装结构评价有限元分析在酸奶瓶型 优化中的应用

Abstract
Finite element analysis is used in the simulation,solving real engineering problems,widely used in solid mechanics、fluid mechanics、heat conduction、electromagnetism etc.But in the packaging structure evaluation application is less.This study choose five yogurt bottle type design,through ABAQUS software simulation simulation of the stress distribution under the top and side pressure.The experimental results show that:stacking state relative to the original design 2L、2L+B、1R stress value is respectively 3.92MPa、2.33MPa、1.8MPa stress value lower,stress cloud more balanced,compressive ability enhancement.2L compared with the lightest weigh,the lowest stress concentration;Transportation jolt state relative to the original design 2 L stress value 14.4MPa,2L+B stress value 20.2 MPa the base,14MPa upside,stress value lower,stress cloud evenly distributed.1R stress value 5.32MPa,stress value is not reduced but relative to the original design cost reduced.关键词
