Abstract
Li2(Zn1–xCox)2Mo3O12ceramics were prepared by the solid-state reaction method. The effects of the Co2+ substitution on the phase structures and microwave dielectric properties of Li2(Zn1–xCox)2Mo3O12 ceramics were investigated. In addition, it was also explored to adjustτf values of the ceramics by adding TiO2. It was found that Li2(Zn1–xCox)2Mo3O12 ceramics with different Co2+ substitution were pure lyonsite phases. The optimized sintering temperature of the ceramic decreased significantly, and the density andQ·f value of the ceramic increased firstly, and then decreased with increasing content of Co. The Li2(Zn0.9Co0.1)2Mo3O12ceramicexhibits microwave dielectric properties ofεr =10.85,Q·f=65031 GHz,τf= –73×10–6/℃. The addition of TiO2 could adjust theτf of Li2Zn2Mo3O12 ceramics to the positive direction effectively. The 0.4Li2(Zn0.9Co0.1)2Mo3O12-0.6TiO2 ceramic exhibits good microwave dielectric properties ofεr =15.80,Q·f=22991 GHz,τf= –4.5×10–6/℃.关键词
