摘要

Abstract

In order to detect the adsorption effect of Maifan stone on the residual pesticide in grapes,the MRM model of GC-MS/MS was used as the testing tool,and the extraction method of QuEChERS was used to analyze the adding amount,particle size and treatment time of Maifan stone on the pesticide residues adsorption in grapes.The results showed that Maifan stone from Nianzishan district of Qiqihar had good ability of adsorbing pesticides,and the residue of pesticide residues in the grape was 15.22% ~57.86%.The effect of soaking time on the adsorption rate of four pesticides was extremely significant(p < 0.001).The effect of the addition of calamine on the adsorption rate of the three pesticides except for the line of phosphorus was extremely significant(p < 0.001).The experimental results provided an experimental basis for the development of medical stone pesticide residue adsorbent.
