摘要

Abstract

A bioactive product from Stenotrophomonas sp.42-2 could degrade aflatoxin B1 (AFB1).The extraction and applied properties of the bioactive product were studied in this paper.AFB1 was effectively degraded by extracellular bioactive product from Stenotrophomonas sp.42-2.The degradation ability of the bioactive product was optimum in the 65% saturated ammonium sulfate.The molecular mass of the bioactive product was greater than 30 kDa.The bioactive of the product was optimal at pH8.0 and at 40 ℃.Its optimal reaction time was 72 h.The activity of the bioactive product was enhanced in the presence of Mg2+,Cu2+.And Fe2+ was able to inhibit the bioactivity of the extracellular product.
