Research progress in preparation and purification of bioactive peptides
摘要
Abstract
Currently,functional preparations containing bioactive peptides are gaining more and more attention.Bioactive peptides,as products of hydrolysis of diverse food proteins,are the focus of current research in the field of functional foods,dietary supplements and so on.Bioactive peptides are defined as a class of specific protein fragments that have positive health effects on the body's function or condition and may ultimately affect human health.Studies have shown that bioactive peptides have a variety of biological functions such as immunomodulatory,antibacterial,antioxidative,antihypertensive,anti-aging,antitumoral and so on,and play important roles in human health.Due to its advantages of high safety,rich source,obvious physiological effect and easy digestion and absorption and,bioactive peptides have shown significant promise as functional food ingredients.In this paper,the preparation and purification of bioactive peptides were focused on and the future prospect of bioactive peptides was disscussed.关键词
