摘要

Abstract

[Objective] To study the effect of raising nanner on the egg quality of rugao-yellow chicken to provide guidance for layer industrialization production.[Method] Rugao-yellow chicken were reared at fiat and cage,and the general egg quality,the contents of nutritional ingredient and mineral element were measured.[Result] At initial stage of laying,the egg color,fat and cholesterol contents of flat pension were extremely higher than reared in cages (P <0.01).Cu and Fe contents were lower than reared in cages (P <0.05).At middle-laying,the eggshell strength,yolk weight,yolk ratio and yolk protein ratio of flat pension were lower than reared in cages (P <0.05).Haugh Unit,protein,VE and amino acid contents were higher than reared in cages (P <0.05).Rolk color,VA and cholesterol contents were extremely higher than reared in cages (P <0.01).Mn content was extremely lower than reared in cages (P <0.01).At late period of laying,the cholesterol content of flat pension was extremely higher than reared in cages (P <0.01),the protein,VA and Cu contents were higher than reared in cages (P <0.05),the Mn content was extremely lower than reared in cages (P < 0.01),and the Se content was lower than reared in cages (P <0.05).[Conclusion] During different laying stages,rearing manners played certain influence on the egg qualities.
