Abstract

According to the requirement of The People's Republic of China Food Safety Law eighty-fourth article,the qualification and inspection standards for food inspection institutions must be formulated by the Food and Drug Administration department under the food inspection agency of the State Council,the Food and Drug Administration organized and developed the Food Inspection Specification,and it will be used as a standard for the management of food inspection institutions and inspectors.This paper described the background,purpose and characteristics of the Food Inspection Specification in detail,and made the clear relevant requirements of the legal liability,the scope of application,the responsibility of supervision,the social responsibility and the integrity of the inspection information.
