摘要
Abstract
[Objective] To elucidate the contamination of aflatoxin,deoxynivalenol,zearalenone and fumonisin in rice from Beijing market to provide the basic data of beijing city cereals food security early warning and risk assessment for the relevant departments.[Method] A total of 180 pieces of rice samples collected from the 11 city districts and counties of beijing city were detected by the method of evaluation method in food limited standard..[Result] Totally 10.6％ (19/180) of the rice samples were detected DON,and the fumonisin was not detected.The DON pollution of rice in different producing areas was different,the origin of the three provinces in Northeast China was the most serious pollution of rice by DON.Different circulation of rice purchased by DON pollution was different (x2 =4.037 P =0.045),the detection rate of farmers' market (16.00％) was higher than that of supermarket (6.67％).[Conclusion] The 180 pieces of rice from Beijing market collected had been contaminated with mycotoxins.关键词
