摘要

Abstract

[Objective] To establish a method for determination of levodopa and oligomeric proanthocyanidins (OPC) content for measuring 22 batches of samples.[Method] Detection wavelength of UV spectrophotometric method for OPC was 554nm.HPLC method was established to detect the content of L-dopa in broad bean:column:hanbon ODS-2 (250mm * 4.6mm,5 μm),nobile phase:methanol-0.1 moL/L acetic acid solution (5:95);flow rate 0.8 mL/min;detection wavelength 280 nm;column temperature 25℃;sample size 20μL [Result] The results showed that the range of 75 ~375μg/mL was good linear for OPC and L-DOPA.[Conclusion] The two methods were stable and reliable.The content of the 20 batches of samples were determined,and the changes of the content before and after processing were compared.
