血管钙化对血脂的影响及维生素K干预研究
Effects of Vascular Calcification on Blood Lipid and Interference with Vitamin K

Abstract
[Objective] To investigate effect of vascular calcification on blood lipid in normal diet.[Method] Totaly 30 Wistar rats were employed in which 10 were used as negative control group,20 were used as model of vascular calcification by administration of vitamin D3 plus nicotine.The rats of vascular calcification model were randomly divided into calcification group and calcification + vitamin K group,which were fed with basic diet and basic diet containing vitamin K [30mg/ (kg · d)] respectively.After 12 weeks of treatment,the levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C in serum were measured using a autoanalyzer and pathological detection of thoracic aorta were observed by yon Kossa staining.[Result] Von Kossa staining showed a lot yellow brown calcified plaque among the elastic fibers of the aorta in calcification group,but showed that structure of elastic fibers are normal,without calcium deposition in negative control group.There were no calcification or only a small amount of yellow brown calcified plaque in calcification + vitamin K group.The levels of TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C in serum were similar in each group (P > 0.05).[Conclusion] Under the condition of this experiment,vascular calcification had no effect on serum lipid and vitamin K had no effect on normal serum lipid.关键词
