Abstract
The physical and chemical properties and functions of medium-chain triacylglycerols were overviewed,and its application into military functional food was in the view of its characteristics,including anti-fatigue,enhance immunity,easy to digest,and the application of medium-chain triacylglycerols in military functional food was prospected.关键词
