食物中碘的测定方法
Determination Methods of Iodine in Foodstuff
摘要
Abstract
Analytical methods for iodine content in food include spectrophotometry methods,titration methods,the inductively coupled plasma mass-spectrometer methods (ICP-MS),neutron activation analysis (NAA),atomic absorption spectrometry (ASS),chromatographic methods,electrochemical methods,rapid test kits,inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectrometry (ICP-OES),X-ray fluorescence methods and so on.Arsenic-cerium catalytic spectrophotometry methods have been proven to be a suitable method because of its high accuracy.ICP-MS is an advanced method with excellent accuracy,while titration method is simple and fast.Other methods are not widely used because they either requires expensive devices with qualified personnel,or comprehensive oxidative sample digestion with low accuracy to remove potential interferences prior to analysis.关键词
