摘要

Abstract

The different extraction process of sesame oil were reviewed.The current research situation of sesame oil extraction technology such as aqueous extraction,hot pressing method,cold pressing method,aqueous enzymatic extraction,supercritical fluid extraction,subcritical fluid extraction were introduced.The further research on extraction technology of sesame oil and the outlook of industrialization applications were also discussed.The quality of sesame oil extracted by different methods were compared.
