摘要

Abstract

Aluminum electrolytic capacitor dedicated for quick charger was taken as the research object. By studying the aluminum foils with highspecificcapacitance and developing working electrolyte which hadhigh conductivity (2.6×10-3S/cm),highbreak-down voltage (over 500V) and high temperature stability as well as optimizing the manufacturing processes, aluminum electrolytic capacitor whose size was merely twofifth of the conventional product was developed. Such capacitor,with the rated working voltage of 400V, can subject to an overvoltage of 500V under the ambient temperature of 85℃. It exhibitslong lifetime of3000hat 105℃and passesthe surge test under the condition of 3Ω,2.0kV.
