摘要

Abstract

In order tomanufacturea very small-width capacitor winding core, anelliptic cylindrical mandreldesign model was developedto ensure the mechanical strength and design accuracy of the small size reel by varying the ratio of the ellipse's major and minor axes and thepreferred position of the guide groove.In the engineering application,more advantageswerealso foundthat the use of an ellipticalmandrelcannot onlyavoid damagesto thedielectric caused by lead-out electrodewhen small diametercylindricalmandrelis used, but also eliminate the wrinkles and twist formed by pressedmultilayer cylinder core that produced from cylindrical mandrel,effectively improving the inherent reliability and quality consistencyof thecapacitorwinding core.
