溶胶-凝胶法制备SiO2材料及其微波介电性能研究
Microwave dielectric properties of silica materials prepared by sol-gel method

Abstract
Amorphous silica powders were prepared by sol-gel method, and the effects of solution concentrations on the particle sizes and dispersibilities of powders were studied. The results show that, when themoleratio of H2OtoTEOS is 20:1 and 40:1, the prepared amorphous silica powders have good dispersibility, and their particle sizes were 700nm and 120nm, respectively. Furthermore, the effect of different raw powders on the sintering characteristics and microwave dielectric properties of silica materials were investigated. The results show that, the finer particle size could decrease the sintering temperatures of silica materials, increase relative densities of silica materials, and inhibit the formation of cristobalite.When the sintering temperature is between 1050℃ and 1200℃, the dielectric constants,Q·fvalues andτf values ofsilica materialswere 2.50-3.75, 9850-61272GHz and ±15×10-6/℃, respectively, which is suitable for the production of microwave dielectric substrates.关键词
