商用DC/DC变换器低轨道空间应用的试验评估研究
Evaluation test of commercial DC/DC converter in low earth orbit application

Abstract
To demonstrate the usability and reliability of commercial DC/DC converter in space application, the function & performance test, and the life & reliability test were carried out for ISL8225M series power supply module. Firstly, the critical electrical performance parameters of test samples were measured under room temperature, low temperature and high temperature. Furthermore, the evaluation tests, including high-pressure steaming, flammability test, structural analysis, highly accelerated life testing (HALT) and thermal cycling, were conducted. Then the full-load output voltage and conversion efficiency data were obtained, and the parameters' changing regularity was analyzed. Finally, the test results show that this kind of power supply modules can satisfy the specific mission demand, and this paper provides a valuable reference for other space-borne products.关键词
