摘要

Abstract

Antimony selenide solar cell is one of the most popular solar cells because of its theoreticalhigh conversion efficiency. During the research course, it is found that the photovoltaic effect of the antimony selenide films is affected by multiple factors. In this paper, the latest research progress on the effects of the annealing processes, composition and microstructure on the photovoltaic properties of antimony selenide thin films, are reviewed andthenthe reasonisanalyzed. The suggestion and research direction of enhancing the photovoltaic effect of antimony selenide thin films are put forward.
