Aging characteristics of crystalline silicon solar cells
摘要
Abstract
Used the difference of boiling characteristics ofaluminum back surface field (Al-BSF)materials, the boiling characteristics of four differentAl-BSFpolycrystalline solar cells were studied.The relationship between their aging characteristics (cold-thermal cyclingcharacteristicsandhygrothermalcharacteristics) and boiling characteristics was analyzed. The differencesofaging characteristicsbetweenthe monocrystalline silicon solar cell and the polycrystalline were also discussed. And the results show that the cell with better boiling characteristics behavesbetter damp heat aging properties. However, the cold-thermal cycling characteristics of the cell is not directly related to its boiling characteristics. The aging characteristics of monocrystallinesolar cell areslightly superior to thoseof polycrystallinesolar cell. After about 40 cycles of cold-thermal cycleor450-500h ofhygrothermalaging, theefficiency decay of cellis basically stable.关键词
