Abstract
A screening method of 37 food additives in fruit cans was developed by ultra performance liquid chromatography coupled with quadrupole-time of flight-mass spectrometry.The samples were extracted with acetonitrilewater,and separated on an Acquity UPLC BEH C1s column using ammonium acetate solution-acetonitrile as the mobile phase and measured by UPLC/Q/TOF mass with electrospray ioninzation in negative mode.The qualitative analyses were based on the characteristic fragment ions of every compounds.The quantitation limitation were 0.02-0.5 mg/kg;the linear relationship was good in the concentration range of 0.5-50 μg/mL,the recoveries were 79.5％-103.5％.The method is simple,sensitive,accurate and suitable for screening food additives in fruit cans.关键词
