摘要

Abstract

Microcrystalline cellulose was prepared from natural cellulose extracted from sugar cane waste.The effect of phosphoric acid concentrations,acidolysis temperature and acidolysis time on the yield of microcyrstallince cellulose were studied by single factor experiment and Box-Behnken response surface methodology.The influence order of these factors are:acid concentration > acidolysis temperature > acidolysis time.The best conditions for preparation were:acid concentration 0.76 M,acidolysis temperature 69.32℃,and acidolysis time 65.37 min.Under these conditions,the yield of microcrystalline cellulose reached 87.3 ± 0.18%.The water holding capacity,swelling capacity and water binding capacity of the microcrystalline cellulose were 7.42 ± 0.25 g/g,5.51 ± 0.12 mL/g,5.85 ± 0.15 g/g,respectively.
