HPLC法测定红景天苷含量的不确定度评定
Uncertainty evaluation of Salidroside content determined by HPLC
摘要
Abstract
This purpose of this paper is to evaluate the uncertainty of salidroside content in Rhodiola rosea L.determined by HPLC.Mathematical model was established.The uncertainties of factors that affected the accuracy of result were analyzed and calculated.The results showed that the uncertainties of standard curve and sample determination process were the main sources of uncertainty (u (x)).According to JJF1059-2012,the component uncertainties were synthesized and extended.An expanded uncertainty of 0.35ug/kg was obtained at the confidence probability of 95％ and coverage factor of 2.The method provides references for the uncertainty evaluation of salidroside content determined by HPLC.关键词
