Application of Clostridium butyricum and Its Effect on Food Safety
摘要
Abstract
Clostridium butyricum not only can regulate the intestinal micro-ecological balance,improve immunity,produce beneficiad substances,but also can promote the growth of beneficial bacteria.As a new feed additive,it is green,non-polluting,no residue,which not only can reduce the antibiotic residues of animal food,but also can antagonize the conmon pathogens.It will be the preferred alternative to antibiotics,which have important impact on food safety.The application of Clostridium butyicum and its effect on food safety were reviewed to provid reference for its further development.关键词
