综合营养干预对2型糖尿病患者胰岛素敏感性影响分析OACSTPCD
Effect of Comprehensive Nutrition Intervention on Insulin Sensitivity in Patients with Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus
目的:了解综合营养干预对2型糖尿病患者血清胰岛素敏感性影响.方法:选取前往医院就诊的2型糖尿病患者98人,随机分为干预组、对照组.对干预组人群开展为期6个月的膳食指导和符合营养制剂补充的综合营养干预,对照组不采取相应干预措施.结果:至干预结束后,干预组不同时点血清胰岛素浓度平均减少1.53 mIU/L,而对照组平均增加2.27mIU/L,差异有统计学意义,P＜0.05;干预组胰岛素抵抗指数减少0.04±3.70,而对照组增长0.12±3.76,差…查看全部>>
