Abstract
[Objective] To investigate the e-flect of comprehensive nutrition intervention on serum insulin sensitivity in patients with type 2 dialbetes mellitus.[Method] Totally 98 Male patients with type.2 diabetes mellitus were randomly divided into intervention group and control group.A total of 6 monhs of dietary guidance and nutritional supplement supplemented with nutritional snpplements were conducted in the intervention group,and the control group did not take the appropriate intervention.[Result] At the end of the intervention,the serum insulin concentration decreased by 1.53 uIU / L and 2.27 mIU / L in the connro1 group at the same time,the difference was significant,(P <0.05).The insulin resistance index decreased by 0.04±3.70 at the same time and increased 0.12 ±3.76 in the control group at the same tine,the difference was significant (P <0.05).[Conclusion] Comprehensive nutritional intervention can improve the serum insulin sensitivity in patients with type 2 diabetes nellitus.关键词
