摘要

Abstract

With PVP as coupling agent and TEOS as precursor,a flocculent amorphous silica can be successfully coated on the surface of the FeSiCr soft magnetic alloy powder through sol-gel method. The FeSiCr/SiO2 soft magnetic composites with low loss at high frequency were prepared by subjecting the coated powderto compression molding and annealing heat treatment. Thephase, composition and surface microstructure were characterized with XRD, SEM, FTIR and XPS. The resistivity and magnetic properties were characterized withfour-probe resistivity meter, impedancemeter and B-H analyzer. The results show that after the coating treatment, the resistivity increases significantly. Also, the power loss at high frequency drops and the quality factor improves. As the TEOS addition increases,the effect of the coating and the performance of the material perform better first and then deteriorate. The soft magnetic composites get the best comprehensive performance when the addition amountof TEOS is 12mL.
