摘要

Abstract

To explore the optimal packaging way,effects of carton box,foamed polystyrene box and photosynthetic modified atmosphere box packaging,on the postharvest storage physiology and the preservation of tomato were studied during normal temperature storage(temperature of 19~23 ℃,relative humidity of 80%~85%). The result showed that photosynthetic modified atmosphere box packaging can reduce tomato weight loss significantly. and the reductions in firmness and most of the nutrients were effectively retarded. and the loss of vitamin C and chlorophyll were reduced.and the respiratory peak was postponed,it can maintain the peroxidase(POD)activity and inhibit the polyphenol(PPO)activity that cause tomato brown, and malondialdehyde(MDA)content was lower for 45 days. The comprehensive result showed that the storage effect of tomato kept fresh in photosynthetic modified atmosphere box was best,and followed by the foamed polystyrene box . The worst was the carton box packaging.
