Abstract
Abtstract: To solve the problems in manual operation,the packaging carton automatic printing and detection system was designed combined with the environment and process requirements. The system which contains sucker transfer device,belt conveyor,printing device,scanning detection device and other auxiliary devices,has established a communication connection between the Ethernet PC,PLC and servo drive,and programmed the system servo controller and man-machine interface. This system has achieved some technical indicators included more than 99.9％ of passing rate,100％ of non-conforming printing product detection rate,and the entire production process has controlled within 9 seconds.关键词
