摘要

Abstract

Aiming at the problem that empty cans' defect may cause products' leakage,deterioration and pollution,an empty cans' intelligent defect detection system was designed. The design of negative pressure-delivery system,optical path of visual detection and defect detection system was included. High speed CCD camera and OPENCV image processing technique was used in defect detection. It can achieve stable image acquisition,high speed image processing,accurate defect extraction and elimination. It can realize the targeted intelligent defect detection of empty cans' top,body and bottom,shielding body structure interfering,and realize high speed and accurate detection of defects ,such as cans' deformation and foreign matters.
