摘要

Abstract

As the core of the miniaturized total analysis system,microfluidic chip has the characteristics of high efficiency separation,rapid analysis,low reagent consumption and miniaturization,provides a new platform for rapid detection analysis.With the development of microfluidic technology,paper based microfluidic chip has been widely used because of its low cost,easy fabrication and convenient carrying.This paper mainly introduces the processing technology of paper based microfluidic chip,including wax printing meth od,UV lithography and plasma processing technology,inkjet printing technology and wax dipping technology,cutting technology and the application of paper-based microfluidic chip.
