Abstract
A method for determination of copper chlorophyll content in olive oil by UV spectrophotometry was established.The sample characteristic wavelength was 653nm,the correction method was optimized,the calibration curve was y =0.032x + 0.024,R2 =0.9969,the recoveries ranged from 81% to 97% for the same olive oil,the precision ranged from 0.20% to 2.22%.The standard deviation of the blank value was 0.0066,the detection limit was 0.62mg/kg,and the quantitative limit was 2.06mg/kg.Select the three 671nm samples with large absorbance difference (one is the lowest,one is at the middle,one is the highest),the recovery experiment by adding standard samples was carried out,choosing the detection limit,the quantitative limit and the two times quantitative limit respectively,the recovery rate ranged from 48% to 90% at detection level,from 77% to 93% at the quantitative limit and from 89% to 96% at the two times quantitative level.关键词
