摘要

Abstract

Sodium N-cyclohexylsulfamate has been used as additives in food production,edible drinks or other food which exceeded the statutory limit,will cause harm to human liver and nervous system,so the detection of sodium cyclamate in food is very important.Due to the existence of measurement errors in the detection process,to improve the accuracy of the detection of sodium N-cyclohexylsulfamate in food,protect food safety effectively.This article was based on JJF1059.1-2012 "measurement uncertainty evaluation and expression" and the new national standard method,GB 5009.97-2016 "determination of sodium N-cyclohexylsulfamate in food ",analyzed and evaluated the uncertainty of Sample weighing,sample volume determination,standard solution preparation and standard work curve fitting during the determination of sodium N-cyclohexylsulfamate in drinks by gas chromatography.When the content of sodium N-cyclohexylsulfamate in the sample was 0.48g/kg,its extended uncertainty was (0.48 + 0.074) g/kg,k=2.The results show that the preparation of standard solution and the stability of GC are the key to the accurate detection of sodium N-cyclohexylsulfamate in food,while the uncertainty of sample weighing and volumetric determination can be neglected.
