摘要

Abstract

Metabonomics mainly investigates the quantitative detection of endogenous metabolites of biological system that is stimulated or disturbed,so as to study the dynamic metabolism changes induced by both internal and external factors.This review not only summarized the experimental methods and steps of metabonomics which included biological sample preparation,detection and analysis,data processing,differential metabolites identification and metabolic pathways analysis,but also summed up the application of metabonomics in nutriology research.In addition,the prospect and challenge of metabonomics technology in nutriology research were discussed,presented with a desire to be helpful for further study.
