Risk Ranking for Quality and Safety of Aquatic Products——Based on Perspective of Risk Communication

Abstract
Risk ranking is an important part of risk management.Based on the traditional two-dimensional risk matrix,this paper introduced the consumer sensitivity into the risk matrix and constructed the risk ranking model for quality and safety of aquatic products.Then,according to different levels of risk,the paper put forward some suggestions for optimizing risk communication.关键词
