摘要

Abstract

Organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite materials (CH3NH3PbX3) have received enormous attention in the direction of solar cells for its excellent photoelectric conversion efficiency. Due to tunable bandgap, high carrier mobility, large optical absorption coefficient and other attractive properties, the research results on organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite photodetectors have been continuing to emerge, which indicate that hybrid perovskite materials will have important potential applications in the fields of optoelectronics and electronic information. In this paper, comprehensive performances of organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite photodetectors are firstly introduced. Then, the interface engineering, energy band engineering and other methods to improve perovskite photodetectors performances are discussed in detial. Furthermore, a summary of organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite photodetectors research progress is presented, including five parts: spectral response range, light absorption, responsibility and detectivity, flexibility and stability. Finally, some challenges and development strategies of this research filed are presented.
